Front yard maintained, cut and cleans as needed, as well fenced in back yard and outside perimeter of fence maintained cut trimmed cleaned as needed. Front beds mulched and nearest to the house beds in the back yard mulched.

The front yard has a large oak tree but is not fenced. The backyard is fenced with a gate a push mower can fit through. There is a dog who has a dog door but we can keep him inside when notified. Note: i measured the back gate and it is about 41“ of clearance so a narrow riding mower might fit.
