My lawn is fully fenced with chain link fence. Also i have a dog, so if a window of when you will be here can be provided I can make sure the lawn is picked up and the locks to the gates are unlocked.

Will need to consult. We really only want the front and side facing the street mowed regularly. The back can be cut once a year just to keep it from getting crazy. We have other basic cleanup needs too (small downed tree limb, etc.)

Would like trimmed and blown - fence - gate unlocked by leave pots in front of the gate so the dogs doesn't get out when I'm home.

Back lawn has a steep incline. The big bush by the sidewalk near the tree in the front lawn needs trimmed down, my neighbor and I have agreed. I just need the yard/jungle knocked down initially and will ultimately want the best lawn on the street

Backyard gate might fit a 42" deck. If there is over an inch of rain the day prior to mowing the side yards will be water logged and leave ruts. If there is a recent heavy rain it's best to wait a couple days or skip until the next week.
