Land is about 1/4 of an acre. There's a sidegate on the house wide enough to let regular equipment through. While I can't imagine you'd be using like a giant tractor or whatever there's a backstreet that can be used for industrial sized stuff.

Just need backyard cut. Sprinkler heads are visible and need to be mindful not to damage. Also i will unlock back gate so the back area can be cut as well. Weed whack also around pool deck and fence line, flower beds. Need a early morning appointment.

I would like my lawn mowed and trimmed with weed eater. I have a 6' privacy fence along the side of house. Just the fron and sides need attention. Not the backyard

Clean and pull weeds around front beds. Grass is growing over the mulch. I would like the mulch to show. Watch out for sprinkler heads. Yard needs to be edged and blown.
