Please make sure the lawn clippings don't end up in the pool, it causes the pool equipment to malfunction. Also, there's a freshly dug up area where new drain pipes have been installed from the fence door to the pool slide, please avoid this area while mowing until September 30th, 2025, to give the soil to settle and harden.

Backyard has grown pretty out-of-control so it’ll need some extra TLC the first time. Doesn’t need to be perfect yet and happy to pay extra for the extra work.

There is a front court yard that needs to be mowed also. The backyard that needs to be mowed and there is a pool. The back side yard is full of stuff at this moment and does not need to be mowed at this time.
