We recently moved in and the backyard has become overrun with weeds and crepe Myrtle suckers. We want a nice grass back so the kids can run around barefoot and enjoy the yard.

There is a small wire fenced area in backyard. There is a ditch right behind it. Do not need to do beyond that ditch, as would probably require equipment since not cut in over 3 years
