There is only grass in the front yard. The back yard is rock. Front yard will need cutting/edging and pull weeds from flower beds. Back yard will need tree limbs picked up and occasional leaf cleanup (usually we just use a leaf blower to gather them up.) there is a lockbox on the gate with the gate key. Please leave the key in the box, as it’s used by others to access the property.

I like the grass mowed medium length not short. I prefer the front and sides cut using a push mower versus a ride on the back or sit on mower (back can be done with either). Avoiding using an edger to actually cut the grass. Regular edging is ok..

We only need the front lawn and side driveway cut. The back yard (behind the gates) we maintain ourselves. It’s ok to mow over fallen leaves, I prefer that anyway, as it fertilizes the lawn. :)

I will leave the back gate unlocked. The lock will be the top of the gate door. Once you leave please lock the gate and put the wood blocks back in front of the gate. Please cut down the dead grass that's is in the flower bed near the rocks.

Standard fence gate (don't know the size), I need leaf removal about 1-2x's a year, I would like the weeds that grow up around my house in the back to be cut down, and for the yard to look neat. I don't mind some grass, but not big clumps.
