Recently bought this house, and the lawn is now severely overgrown. Small lot (1/10th acre), completely fenced, no current landscape design. I plan to completely overhaul everything in the fall/winter, but for now I just need a quick mow down.

My problem is it’s hard or you can’t get a riding mower in my backyard because of my AC unit is close to the fence may have to use a self-propelled more. That’s the problem. I know you commercial guys like to ride.

Service would be for mowing front/backyard - to get to back yard, enter through the gate just to the right of the house (it is never locked). Also potentially interested in some shrub pruning and cutting back of plants/maintenance.

I live in lamplighter on the river mobile home park which is not a gated community. I live in the last mobile home on the right hand side of the street & it's green. My property line is at the end of my driveway to the end of my shed, by the back of the water treatment, & 2 ft over on other side.
