I only need the front and sides but there is only one gate

Last mowed 10/23/25! I moved in on 10/24/25 and just learned this will now be my responsibility for the next year. The lawn doesn’t currently need a cut and isn’t anywhere near 8” long. I don’t know hoa rules, but quotes keep saying the fee doesn’t include bagging? Probably necessary? Thanks!
