Communication was good. But when someone says they will be there at a certain time. Thats what we expect. And that was not the case. I waited and waited and waited for our yard to be completed after being told a certain time. And thats just NOT ok with what we want for a lawn person. I feel like you shouldn't have to continually call someone to get the job done that they AGREED to do. That is their job. Id be lying if i said that i was satisfied with thia experience.
