We have a problem! I have just checked my emails. I did notice you had increased your fee to $33 weekly or biweekly and I did book service for this amount biweekly through to October. However, I see now that you charged $36 and also changed my schedule to weekly. Unfortunately this is not acceptable. Due to the increased economy it is beyond our resources. We are on a very fixed income and we are sorry but have to cancel your service.
