Fence will need to be unlocked so will need 24 hr notice of what day you are coming. Yard will need weedeating and edging. Do you bag the grass or mulch. If bag can you remove it tenant does not want it in trash can.

Please cut the grass as low as humanly possible as it grows very quickly and our HOA is very particular and strict with fines for overgrowth

Don’t disturb the blackberry bushes on the north fence please. Please also get the area inside the chain link fence in the backyard and make sure all gates are very securely closed back. Prefer afternoon or evening mowings if possible.
