Yes we are a true "Mom and Pop" - but we do have the cool mom! Alpha Property Services is large enough to take care of the bigger projects and our crews do not leave until the property looks exactly the way you want it , with as little interference in your day as possible. We are still small enough however, to complete every project with impeccable attention to detail and pride in our work. Our crews treat the property with care and respect. We offer same day service on most projects and 24 hour emergency services are also available. We proudly feature a full range of services including: Mowing & General basic lawn care, weeding, Overseeding & aeration, Landscaping & design services, storm cleanup & debris removal and more. We are also happy to work with landlords , property managers and HOA's on a contract or one time service basis for: property cleanouts & junk haul off (move outs, evictions and listing prep,) painting, handyman services and more.
