My building is a duplex. So I need both sides of the front yard of the duplex and back yard mowed for entire unit. The yard is very small and should be able to do this for 25.00 a week.

Have a small yard, back yard is mostly dirt with grass/weeds. I need someone that can also get rid of massive over growth on the side of my house and garage. Fence to back yard is locked, but can easily be opened by pushing the poles apart.

We just bought the home and the owners had moved out some time ago so the grass is very overgrown. I can be there in the afternoon (1-3) to make sure the gate is unlocked and open. Currently in between two homes.

I have a dog (who will be inside during mowing) but he has a chain in the backyard that might be in the way. I'll show you were it's hooked up when you get here. Also, this will be the first mow of the season.

There is a gate to the backyard that just lifts to move as it isn't attached properly.

There is a person sized gate that doesn’t like to open all the way without considerable help. I will open it as wide as possible. Also in the back yard I have a tub/sink waiting to carry to the curb- just do what you can around it please.
