Just moved into home, lawn cutting was neglected by previous owners. Need a first cut and possibly monthly service if my senior father is unable to maintain the grass himself.

Fence in to back yard. Back yard is over grown last mowed about 3 weeks ago. There is also some tree debris near the edge of the yards.

There may be a water hose in the yard on the right side of the home that would need to be thrown in the garden bed before cutting.

We have a large dog, but she does not stay out in the yard. We typically pick up her pet waste once or twice a week in the back.

I had a vendor come out and he only mowed the front lawn and did not weedwack the front.. so the back can't wait two weeks but the front mostly can. After this initial visit, of course the entire yard will need to be done.

Most of the grass cutting is on the front yard. In the back it will be mostly weed eating. Our backyard is on an incline. Please let us know when you are coming so we can get the dogs inside the house and open the back gate for you.
