Ivan Cisneros has always had a strong work ethic that he credits to his father. Having grown up in New York, his father had a landscaping company and Ivan would always be lending a helping hand to earn a few extra dollars. So after finishing high school and at the ripe age of 19, Ivan made it official and started Imperial Landscaping in.
The Brooklyn native has now lived in Ocoee for over 15 years. "The weather in Florida is what will keep you around for life," Cisneros laughs. "It is a perfect environment for my professional and the people down here are great. I don’t see me and my family ever leaving."
Ivan and his crew service most of Orange County but cut grass in Winter Park, Florida, Winter Garden, Winter Springs, Windermere, Oviedo, and even travel south and mow lawns in Kissimmee, Florida as well. They are the preferred lawn care providers in Kings Point in Windermere, Lake Butler Sound Community, Isleworth, and Alaqua Lakes in Longwood.
Imperial Landscaping has grown to over 200 homeowners and has several commercial shopping centers, medical buildings, and doctors' offices.
When asked what has led to their phenomenal growth, Ivan replied with "I just ask one question." He goes on to add " and that question is 'Why did you fire your last lawn guy? With those details, I know exactly what not to do." He goes on to explain, "Also our work speaks for itself and we always make sure that everything looks great and the customer is happy."
Other than your standard lawn care, Imperial will also do your planting, mulching, sodding, shrub and bush trimming, and landscape design.
His love for being outside and his desire to see a property in better shape is what keeps him loving his craft. "I enjoy leaving a house in better condition than when I arrived and love giving lawns a facelift," Ivan says.
When Ivan is not out running his crews, he loves spending time with his wife and 2 year old son. Him and his son love playing soccer and basketball. Ivan is also a car enthusiast and loves anything that goes fast.
