There is a small downhill slant by the road, the backyard is really small. Last service kept blowing clippings in the neighbor on the peavy street in the neighbor on the main road’s driveway. Otherwise we’re easy.

The side gate to get into the yard has a latch on the outside but not the inside. So the gate would need to be left open to mow then exit the back yard. Or someone else would have to open the gate from the front

Side yard separated from the front by a fence and gate with no lock, has raised garden beds that will need to also be trimmed. Back yard will likely have dog toys but the dogs will be inside. Gate has a bolt and nut holding it closed, no lock.

Front lawn is pretty typical front lawn with a small 6” path on the left side of the house. Both gates are wide enough to get a mowers in and out.
