Recently bought the home, renting it out in the meantime. Have not been able to contact previous gardener so looking for a new one. Just need the lawn mowed and to keep the flower beds neat and maintained.

One sprinkler broken and lawn in front brown. But backyard is priority as the weeds are huge and need wacking. I don't need anything fancy just knock down the weeds. Eventually I'd like to get it in much better shape but for now just chop it down.
