To access the backyard, there is one fence with a gate that has a lock on it. That gate will be left open on lawn mowing days. I am the owner of this home, but i currently live in beaverton and started renting out the home to a tenant, michael simmons.

Unfortunately, in this neighborhood, the grass between the street and fence (front & back) are the homeowner's responsibility. Grass in the back by the alley is minimal and only take a couple of minutes. (maybe some day it can be removed permanently?)
