Very unprofessional experience. Carlos accepted the job even though he knew the location was too far for him. After claiming the appointment, he ignored multiple texts and calls for hours and provided no update or communication. Eventually, someone else called on his behalf to say he couldn’t do the job and blamed GreenPal for sending it to him. If he knew he couldn’t service the area, he should not have accepted the job in the first place. This caused a major delay and completely wasted my time. Would not recommend booking with Carlos due to lack of communication and reliability.
