Majority of yard is front yard. I have a small fenced in area in the back with minimal grass but still needs to be cut. I live on a corner lot. My grass was not maintained by previous owner so I am looking for someone who will cut flat and keep it basic.

The landlord does most of the mows the lawn. However, it does need additional work for maintenance and initially for cleaning up and refreshen (especially weeds). Preferable to keep areas where flowers/bees are at.
