I have a fussy neighbor. I require 2 things from the person mowing: Never blow debris into the neighbor's yard and never drive the lawnmower on the neighbor's yard. Also, any day is fine for mowing, it doesn't have to be a Friday.

Two fence entrances. The one on the right is a double-wide. Gates are always open. Golden retriever is never outside alone. I have been out of town and the lawn hasn’t been mowed yet this year. Just got back yesterday.
