Abraham came out and began to cut my yard this morning. It started to look great. However after some time I didn’t hear his lawn mower cutting anymore. I looked outside and my yard isn’t finished. And he packs his stuff up and leaves. I call the number I have for him and he tells me he is going to his house 20 minutes always to grab another lawn mower because his was slipping on my yard and leaving tire marks and he will be right back. This was over 2 hours ago. I just received a text message saying that he canceled the job. But he wants double the price to finish my yard. Granted the grass is a little tall but it’s not to the point where it needs back up. I have cut my yard with a lawn mower before with no problems. But to leave without talking to me is unprofessional. So I texted him and told him I planned on giving him a good tip for the yard but to double the price was undoable at the moment and that he should’ve communicated with me face to face about it before just leaving. His reply “no problem”. This bad review could’ve been avoided if he just talked to me before starting the job or shown a little more professionalism.
