Terrance Davis has been mowing lawns in the state of Florida for over 20 years. In 2012, he saw an opportunity to venture out on his own and that is how Always There Lawn Care was established.

Now Terrance has 3 full time crews that are licensed and bonded and is servicing New Port Richey, St. Petersburg, northern Tampa, Odessa, Trinity, Tarpon Springs, Dunedin, Clearwater, & Largo.

Born in Largo, Terrance now calls New Port Richey home. "I love Florida and love serving the community," Davis says.

His customer base is now over 200 residential properties and has multiple commercial properties including various hotels and HOA's. Quality Inn off of US19 was awarded a Golden Globe by their national headquarters for their landscaping that was handled by Terrance. Also, Terrance and his crew were honored by WTSP 10 News Anchor host Reginald Roundtree and Nik Sharp for their involvement in the community.

When asked what has led to his company's outstanding growth, Davis explains that "we take pride in our work and we will not take advantage of anyone." He goes on to explain, "we also make sure that we are on time and show up when we say we will."

How Terrance got his start in the lawn mowing business is rather unfortunate for a friend of his who needed help one day. "I went to help a friend mow some properties and when the property owner came out and saw the work I did, he told my friend that he could only continue to mow the property if I was the one who did it," Davis laughs. "I went that afternoon and bought a mower and my equipment."
