Very disappointed. The service was rushed and clearly incomplete—there were weeds left in the back and noticeable patches of uncut grass. When I brought up the issues and filed a dispute through GreenPal to have the lawn be fixed, she told me I was being “crazy.” Most lawn care providers ask for photos before accepting a job so they can give a fair quote based on the lawn’s condition. She didn’t do that, then did a half-hearted job. Totally unprofessional. Will not be using her again.
