After doing some (very) extensive searching on google, I came to the conclusion that there was a total of seven local lawn mowing services and lawn care services near me. Then I get on GreenPal and find out there are way more than I thought. Over the course of my time waiting for landscapers in the area to get back to me, I received five messages from companies I never heard of. Turns out they were just local lawn care services in the area, not companies. Good on you guys for getting these guys a voice.

Carlos did not complete the job. He texted me to confirm his return but was a no show. He overcharged me. Melissa, his wife, first quoted me a total price of $50 for 2 days. Then she changed it to $65. Carlos arrived without a lawn mower (he said that his was broken). I inquired about renting a mower. Melissa offered to use their mulcher instead. She charged me $25 to use it. Per my verbal approval the total came to $90. My credit card was charged $165 and without my knowledge or approval GreenPal scheduled bimonthly yard service to begin the following week. The inconsistencies in GreePal’s promises and Carlos’ work ethic are egregious and dishonest. S.K.
