Disappointing lawnmower repair service at Champs Small Engine Repair, Norfolk. Had my lawn mower almost 3 weeks to repair a drive belt. Paid $60.00 deposit when dropped off was told it might be a little bit more at pick-up. When picked up I was charged another $194.00. The lawn mower brand new costs $278 at Lowes. I am FURUIOS!! Never will I go there again!!

I cannot recommend Champs Small Engine Repair in Norfolk. I brought in a Honda engine with a known broken valve for an estimated $200 repair. Despite the engine already being removed, the owner, John, charged an $80 "diagnostic fee" that he later refused to refund or apply to the work.

Disappointing riding mower repair service at Champs Small Engine Repair, Norfolk. Replaced fuel line on my pole pruner. Mechanic was knowledgeable and efficient. $80 felt like a lot to pay to replace a 3 inch fuel line . I would never recommend anyone to go to this place do not take your equipment here. They will take you for everything they can. The owner is a jerk. As you can see by the fact that he personally takes the time to insult every single customer who leaves a review.

Yes. Most repair shops in Norfolk, VA service riding mowers, zero-turns, and tractors in addition to push mowers.

Drain the fuel or run the tank empty, disconnect the spark plug, and clean off excess grass and debris. This helps the technician diagnose issues faster.
