About This Repair Shop

Mobile Small Engine Care in Knoxville Since 2008

In East Tennessee, a lush lawn is a point of pride, but the logistics of maintaining heavy equipment can be a major headache. Since 2008, Mower Masters LLC has solved the biggest problem in lawn mower repair by bringing the shop directly to your driveway. Founded by Ben Brannock, a technician with 18 years of deep mechanical and automotive experience, Mower Masters serves Knoxville homeowners and businesses who value their time as much as their equipment.

Ben’s approach is rooted in "informed confidence"—the kind that comes from years of restoring everything from hot rods to high-end computers. We don’t believe in the hassle of hauling heavy machinery; we believe in providing a local, mobile service built on the foundation of honest work and technical transparency.

Technical Precision at Your Doorstep

Whether it’s a stubborn riding mower that won't turn over or a lawn tractor needing a mid-season refresh, your equipment deserves a technician who treats every machine as if it were their own. We specialize in 4-stroke engine maintenance and repair, ensuring your valuable tools stay out of the scrap heap and in the field.

Our Specialized Mobile Maintenance and Repair Services:

  • High-precision carburetor cleaning and fuel system restoration.
  • Detailed engine diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting.
  • Full seasonal tune-ups: Including oil changes, spark plug replacement, and air filter maintenance.
  • Essential hardware care: Belt replacements, tire repairs, and professional blade sharpening.
  • Certified service for premier brands like Honda, John Deere, Kohler, Kawasaki, and Toro.

The Mower Masters Edge

The standout advantage of working with us is our "No Hauling, No Hassle" model. We understand that most people don't have the trailers or the time to transport a riding mower across town for a simple repair. By performing on-site service, we eliminate the wait times typical of traditional brick-and-mortar shops and allow you to see exactly what is being done to your machine.

Ben’s background as a problem-solver means we don't just swap parts; we bring "stubborn" engines back to life. From winter storage prep to complex engine repairs, our mobile unit is equipped with the tools and parts necessary to keep your Craftsman, Husqvarna, or Briggs & Stratton equipment running efficiently year-round.

A Neighborly Vibe

The vibe at Mower Masters is professional, safe, and authentically local. Ben started this business in his garage because he truly enjoys working with his hands and helping his Knoxville neighbors prolong the life of their equipment. We prioritize long-term reliability over a quick fix.

When Mower Masters pulls into your driveway, you’re getting a technician who values integrity and clear communication. We look forward to taking the stress out of your maintenance schedule and ensuring your outdoor power equipment is ready whenever you are.

Trusted lawnmower service in Knoxville, TN — I have a 30 year old Murray riding mower 30" cut. Recently it's been chewing up motion drive belts. I called Mower Masters LLC,. Ben promptly answered the call and came over. He did an evaluation and discovered a cracked chassis and a found loose transaxle pulley. He explained that it would not be worth the cost to repair. Especially a crack in the chassis which could be the main reason the mower may be chewing up belts. It's about time to buy a new mower!! Ben was very polite and professional and did not accept a fee for his time. Top choice for mower repair in the Knoxville area.

Expert lawn equipment repair in Knoxville — I called Mower Masters and Ben was able to schedule and complete my fall service in less than a week. Ben seemed very kind and was extremely thorough in answering all of my questions. He also gave me some advice on stuff I can do myself to prolong the life of my engines. Ben used a huge mat on my driveway to avoid any spills. I feel like the guys at John Deere don't know my mower like Ben does. This service included everything I can think of and the total was very fair. I wish you great success. Thank you so much 🤙🏼 Expert lawnmower repair and service in Knoxville, TN.
