Excellent service! I found the ad for snowblower repair on FB and sent a message. He immediately responded and I dropped the snowblower off that day. He called back right away and told me what needed to be fixed and I said let’s do it. Three days later I picked it up and it was ready to go. This is my mom’s snowblower and it had been sitting in the garage for a few years not being used. He did an excellent job with a fair price and it works beautifully! Definitely the best mower tune-up in Chicago.

Five-star professional mower repair in Chicago — I am so grateful that I took my snowblower to LMW to be repaired. Last season my son forgot to remove the gas before putting it away for the season. I was stuck with a non-operative machine that needed some carburetor repair, so great…. you never know when that next blizzard is coming! Not only did my carburetor get fixed in a timely fashion, but also they tuned it up and it runs better than EVER! In addition to that, he gave me instructions on proper care and specific products to purchase to keep it running smoothly. Now I feel knowledgeable and prepared for whatever blizzard may come!! Drop off was super easy, customer service 5 stars outstanding!!!!!

This man is quick, efficient, detailed, and skilled. He estimated 1 week but returned it in 3 days. When more work was needed, he sent me photos and cost change and still was not expensive. Best small engine repair experience in Chicago! I’ve known Mark over 20 years and trust his reliability. Dropped my machine off Monday had it back on Friday. It looked and worked like new. I left it sit over night. Next morning it started on first pull. I probably saved double the cost if I had taken it somewhere else. If you’re not using LMW you’re wasting money. Great job Mark!

Took my 20 year old craftsman snow blower to Mark which was backfiring and stalling out. He rebuilt my carburetor for a great price and now it runs like a champ.
